Responsibilities
- Create mobile and web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Manage all aspects of application development including design, coding, and testing.
- Design and customize Service Portal applications based on client needs.
- Implement integrations with ServiceNow Discovery and Core modules.
- Create script-based rules and client scripts for application functionality.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with customers.
- Draft use cases and functional requirements documents.
- Provide technical assistance in a pre-sale’s capacity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience with a deep understanding of its architecture.
- 5+ years of application development experience in a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software environment.
- Solid understanding of building scalable user interfaces and design aesthetics.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal technologies including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes and hands-on implementation experience.
- A four-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or relevant experience.
