Responsibilities
- Develop applications in compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design software components and individual programs and contribute to technical designs and specifications.
- Create unit test cases and test software systems and applications.
- Maintain system documentation and follow design and coding standards.
- Provide production support for applications as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, project managers, subject matter experts, business partners, external clients, and end users.
- Apply software development methodologies based on project needs and contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improved ways of working.
- Align risk and control processes with daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating issues appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Current knowledge of the applicable specialist area and commitment to ongoing learning.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate openly, and resolve disagreements effectively.
