Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues.
Monitor team artifacts and support operational availability.

4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience in designing and launching backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Proficient in shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
Ability to define technical plans for significant features or system components.
Strong skills in making changes in large code bases safely.
Proactive in seeking feedback for personal growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
