Responsibilities
- Own the technical onboarding and system integration process for new customers.
- Develop best practices and improve onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects through timely completion.
- Develop creative solutions that remove blockers and deliver customer impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a backend software engineer.
- Python experience is preferred.
- Ability to embrace rapid prototyping and tight customer-feedback loops.
- Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback from teammates.
