Responsibilities
- Own the customer onboarding process and ensure accurate integration into the system.
- Develop best practices to improve the onboarding process for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Utilize a modern tech stack including Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, preferably with Python.
- Ability to embrace rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop.
- Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills across multiple teams.
- Eagerness to learn and receive feedback from team members.
