Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and help teams successfully deliver projects.
- Guide and coach development teams while continuing to code alongside other developers.
- Lead software consulting and delivery from ideation through production evolution.
- Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
- Advocate for clean, reusable code, TDD, pair programming, design patterns, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate on features, design concepts, interactive prototypes, and embedded UX specifications.
- Apply current technology practices to solve client problems and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Python, React, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, LangGraph, and LLMs.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches including TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, and adapt to change.
- Ability to develop and execute a technical vision focused on business value.
- Experience mentoring less experienced peers and leading teams through ambiguous challenges.
