Responsibilities
- Lead and coach delivery teams while remaining hands-on with software development.
- Act as a primary client contact and translate business needs into software requirements and technical solutions.
- Oversee or participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through production.
- Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
- Champion clean, reusable code and practices including TDD, pair programming, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
- Use DevSecOps practices and tools to build and deploy secure, high-quality software.
- Mentor teammates and foster an inclusive, supportive culture focused on growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience with Python, React, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, Langraph, and LLMs.
- Experience with object-oriented technology and delivery practices such as continuous integration and pairing.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a bonus.
- Ability to develop and execute a technical vision, influence others, bridge product and technology, and mentor less experienced peers.
