Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality engineering function with a focus on automated testing.
- Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead process improvements and implement testing best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience designing and developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
