Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test web-based applications for website components.
- Edit and research website content to keep it accurate and current.
- Document technical designs and specifications.
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures and optimize database performance.
- Design databases using normalization and indexing strategies.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and integrate Microsoft SQL Server with web applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Oversee web development best practices and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and database performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and integrate Microsoft SQL Server with web applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
