Base Salary

$114k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans from product requirements and system designs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using black-box and white-box testing techniques.
  • Lead manual QA efforts and coordinate testing with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
  • Debug complex issues using logs, monitoring tools, and service internals.
  • Define scope and deliverables for manual and automation projects and drive execution end to end.
  • Develop and track quality metrics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Experience with automation testing and manual testing.
  • Experience serving as a QA lead on medium- to large-sized projects.
  • Preferred experience with an automated test framework such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Preferred experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining quality metrics.
