AI / Generative AI Engineer – Python, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI & AWS Bedrock
SynechronResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and foundation models.
- Build end-to-end data ingestion, prompt engineering, RAG, model orchestration, API, and integration components.
- Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and related frameworks.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and enterprise applications.
- Create scalable APIs and microservices using FastAPI and implement production-grade software engineering practices.
- Optimize prompts, retrieval, fine-tuning strategies, model evaluation, response quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Implement AI guardrails, responsible AI controls, security, governance, monitoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, engineering, DevOps, and MLOps teams to deliver and operate AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Transformers, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, databases, data pipelines, and MLOps.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, model deployment and monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, security, governance, responsible AI, and enterprise-scale AI delivery.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure AI or AWS Machine Learning certifications, BFSI exposure, Copilot or multi-agent systems, multimodal AI, full-stack development, AI governance, security, compliance, and model monitoring experience.
