Responsibilities
- Own the reliability and performance of the Kubernetes-based data platform.
- Design and operate highly available, multi-region systems.
- Ensure services meet strict uptime and latency targets.
- Scale infrastructure and improve deployment pipelines.
- Enhance security posture and implement DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerized software services.
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems like Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience with high availability production systems.
- Hands-on experience with geo-replicated, multi-region systems.
- Strong experience with observability components like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Helm and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and resource optimization.
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud-native environments.
