Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features and components of the Internal Developer Platform with emphasis on usability, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate internal and external tools for delivery, monitoring, security, and cloud services into the platform.
- Build and automate developer workflows and provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to development teams.
- Lead requirements definition, feature prioritization, platform roadmap planning, and architectural and technology-selection decisions.
- Improve platform reliability, security, developer experience, and performance through monitoring, refactoring, and optimization.
- Identify development-process pain points and deliver useful platform and tooling solutions from a developer perspective.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience covering requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, release, and operation.
- Senior-level development skills, including experience designing complex systems, leading implementation, conducting code reviews, and making technical decisions.
- Strong expertise in one or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Python, or Node.js, with React.js experience especially relevant for frontend work.
- Hands-on experience applying Agentic AI, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM-based agent systems, to real-world development.
- Understanding of software development and delivery using CI/CD, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform among AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Internal Developer Platform, developer tooling, CI/CD pipeline, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Terraform, cloud management, web service operations, LLM-agent development, Developer Experience initiatives, microservices, and multicultural or multigenerational team experience.
- Business-level English proficiency is required.
