Responsibilities
- Build and support AI-assisted software development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management for enterprise products.
- Design and implement AI agents for incident triage, remediation, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.
- Improve observability, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational intelligence using AI agents.
- Automate engineering documentation and knowledge management with AI-driven solutions.
- Build evaluation frameworks, monitoring capabilities, governance controls, and guardrails for AI-powered services.
- Drive AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams on AI transformation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field completed within the last 24 months, or 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using Flask, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph or SDKs from leading AI model providers.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents on enterprise platforms such as Glean or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, security, and privacy.
- Familiarity with end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, monitoring, and governance.
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
