Base Salary
$141k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Anaplan system architecture for sales incentive compensation, including model design, calculation logic, territory hierarchies, and plan administration.
- Design and maintain Databricks data warehouse architecture, data models, warehouse operations, and reporting infrastructure.
- Build and maintain Fivetran, Python, and SQL data pipelines connecting Anaplan, Databricks, Salesforce, Workday, and Zuora.
- Manage development operations, including CI/CD pipelines and GitLab repository administration.
- Maintain SOX-compliant data pipelines and integration workflows with traceability, access governance, and change management.
- Expand the team’s AI technical stack by integrating the codebase with Claude Code and developing Databricks performance reporting applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer or application developer at a mid-to-large technology company.
- Advanced Python skills, including object-oriented design and API integration development.
- Experience with Databricks, data warehouse design, SQL development, and end-user reporting applications.
- Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles for CI/CD deployment of jobs, pipelines, and workflows.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, Workday, and Zuora, including API integration and implementation.
- Experience with Fivetran or similar data pipeline and ETL tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Terraform and YAML-based infrastructure provisioning is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
