Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable payment-domain services.
- Write technical design specifications and recommend architectural and detailed designs.
- Coach development teams on design, coding, troubleshooting, estimation, refactoring, and automated testing practices.
- Collaborate with other teams and the Product Owner on architecture, project efficiency, work planning, and prioritization.
- Establish software quality practices, participate in peer code reviews, and resolve technical and application problems.
- Document requirements, user stories, estimates, work plans, and software functionality.
- Research and evaluate software products and create proofs of concept for new ideas and technologies.
Requirements
- Strong background with .NET Core and C#.
- Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, SOA, and n-tier architectures.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, REST APIs, event-driven applications, caching, scaling, and security.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, managed memory architecture, garbage collection, and cache management.
- Knowledge of domain-driven design and event-driven architectures.
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to coach a development team on software best practices.
- Applicants must be located in Mexico and able to work full-time during the engagement.
