Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using JMeter and HP LoadRunner.
- Configure and maintain application monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve performance issues.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines with development, operations, and middleware teams.
- Analyze test results, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Automate REST and SOAP API and middleware integration performance tests.
- Validate AI-agent builds and middleware AI use cases under varying load scenarios.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system architecture for improved throughput.
- Document test cases, methodologies, and outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in quality engineering specializing in performance testing.
- Experience with JMeter and HP LoadRunner for performance, load, and stress testing.
- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and New Relic.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API performance testing, middleware integration, and API-led connectivity.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, CPQ, NICE CaaS, and Akamai/WinSCP file-transfer processes.
- Knowledge of unit testing and configuration management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-agent builds, middleware AI use cases, and performance optimization in Oracle Fusion and CPQ is preferred.
- Experience with secure data transfer and large-scale enterprise middleware environments is preferred.
- Performance-testing certification such as JMeter or HP LoadRunner certification is preferred.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or a similar API/middleware certification is preferred.
