Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, maintainable B2B software products using the Microsoft .NET stack, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
Participate in architecture discussions, technology evaluations, system design reviews, and code reviews.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories with product, design, and QA partners.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and advocate for strong engineering standards.
Own production systems and identify opportunities for technical improvement.
Drive unit, integration, performance, and test-first development practices.
Support root cause analysis and resolution of production issues and contribute to reliability and uptime.
Contribute to platform refactoring, modernization, build pipelines, observability, and deployment automation.
Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA, Architecture, and Engineering Operations teams.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, regulatory requirements, and global standards.

8+ years of experience in .NET software development with C# and ASP.NET Core.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices architecture, and API development using REST and GraphQL.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and caching technologies such as Redis.
Advanced understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, preferably with GCP.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
Experience with Scrum or Kanban development, story estimation, code reviews, and pair programming.
Experience working in distributed or remote teams using Jira, GitHub, Miro, and Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of performance optimization and secure development practices.
Fluency in English and Spanish and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, GDPR, and SOC2.
Preferred experience in global multicultural organizations, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and observability tools such as Sentry and Lighthouse.
