Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications and/or .NET-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver software products.
- Contribute to roadmaps, technology governance, development standards, and continuous process improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive team innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and maintaining iOS/Android mobile applications and/or .NET solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile development and/or .NET frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving projects from concept to delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
