Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer and prospect discovery sessions to understand technical and business needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and custom demonstrations.
- Develop and execute proof-of-concepts demonstrating how solutions meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain demo environments and provide technical expertise during product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions about software hosting, security, integrations, and ecosystem fit.
- Support responses to advanced product questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for customer, product, and sales-demo inquiries.
- Lead client-facing technical workshops to define workflows, integration paths, technical risks, and deployment best practices.
- Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Represent the Solutions Engineering team in discussions with Product Management and provide feedback on product offerings and roadmap.
- Contribute to technical account strategy with Business Development teams to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or solutions engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in financial or regulatory technology is preferred but not required.
- Outstanding public speaking, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to establish relationships at executive business levels.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is highly desirable.
