Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enterprise Services teams.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts to showcase solutions.
- Support the building and maintenance of demo environments.
- Act as a technical expert during product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions related to software integration and security.
- Serve as the point of contact for technical service escalations.
- Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.
- Work closely with Product Managers to provide feedback on offerings.
- Lead client-facing technical workshops and discovery sessions.
- Participate in developing technical account strategies with Business Development.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or solutions engineering, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience in financial or regulatory technology preferred.
- Outstanding public speaking skills and professional business manner.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using SalesForce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
