Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, and Strands Agents SDK.
- Implement orchestration, planning, routing, delegation, memory management, reflection, supervision, tool calling, and MCP-based integrations.
- Build reusable agent components, tools, prompts, workflows, integration patterns, and scalable agent architectures.
- Evaluate and optimize LLM and agent performance for quality, reliability, safety, latency, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Test agent workflows, tool integrations, LLM responses, and multi-agent behavior using defined evaluation approaches.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production AI applications.
- Apply input and output validation, access controls, privacy, security, responsible AI, sustainability, and human-approval controls.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, security, and delivery teams and document designs, implementation decisions, evaluation results, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, or related solution development.
- Strong professional Python development experience for AI applications, services, integrations, automation, APIs, and agent tools.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and Strands Agents SDK or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, planning, memory management, tool calling, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow coordination.
- Ability to create scalable agent architectures and production-ready, maintainable, modular, and testable code.
- Experience with data management for structured and unstructured data, agent memory, retrieval, indexing, metadata, access control, and responsible data usage.
- Experience across software development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience or demonstrated technical capability may be considered.
- Preferred experience includes AWS cloud-native deployments, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI observability and evaluation, containers, serverless services, event-driven applications, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud security controls.
- Relevant cloud, AI, generative AI, or software engineering certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
