Base Salary
$81k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account directors, solution architects, partners, and customers to qualify solutions and map technical needs.
- Advise customers during early-stage planning and translate complex requirements into proposed architectures and execution objectives.
- Lead and execute integration demonstrations, customized trials, and proofs of concept.
- Model, implement, install, configure, and optimize Mainframe DevOps lifecycle management solutions.
- Review Endevor solution plans, upgrades, design changes, and migration paths from legacy or competitive products.
- Perform hardware and software comparative evaluations and prepare technical specifications, integration instructions, and requirements documentation.
- Provide advanced post-implementation troubleshooting and serve as the senior technical support tier.
- Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and maintain expert knowledge of Broadcom mainframe software products and lifecycle management practices.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 8+ years of related mainframe experience working with Mainframe DevOps and Endevor or competitive solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Endevor concepts, practices, components, ACM, PDM, security interfaces, and Quick Edit.
- Experience implementing or upgrading Endevor, building processors, creating inventory structures, and configuring lifecycle elements.
- Proficiency with REXX and experience scripting or coding quick implementations.
- Understanding of Endevor processors, templates, program compilation, and mainframe utilities such as JCL.
- Ability to provide technical customer guidance, documentation, delivery updates, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
