Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, and maintaining systems, interfaces, and tools for portfolio management workflows.
- Work with developers and portfolio managers to understand requirements and deliver well-scoped tasks and features.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in existing tools and infrastructure.
- Monitor production systems and support team-based incident response.
- Participate in code reviews, write tests, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Learn and apply modern development tools and LLM-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid coursework or project experience in Python and/or C++.
- Basic familiarity with Bash scripting and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, logical, meticulous, proactive, and curious approach to problem solving.
- Ability to manage well-defined tasks with reasonable independence and learn new tools, codebases, and systems quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfort using Claude or other LLM tools for debugging, learning, and documentation while applying sound judgment.
