Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI.
- Build and deploy applications using GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
- Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases and implement agentic AI solutions with specialized frameworks.
- Apply Python, API development, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and semantic search to enterprise AI solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and deliver scalable, production-grade systems for intelligent automation and AI-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client departments to deliver practical solutions while meeting commercial and legal requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a GenAI Engineer or in a comparable AI engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, API development, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, semantic search, and enterprise AI integration.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying applications with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
- Experience with Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus for RAG pipelines.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel for agentic AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI, along with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and LLMOps tools, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across client departments, solve complex problems practically, and provide insightful solutions.
- Ability to work with adaptability, creativity, curiosity, and a client-focused approach.
