Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy web applications and internal tools for the in-house game engine team.
- Build and support performant, well-documented internal and public-facing backend APIs.
- Maintain and improve existing applications and tools.
- Develop integrations with third-party APIs and support application deployments.
- Communicate with other teams to resolve bugs and issues promptly.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue and React.
- Strong experience with databases such as MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Strong experience with software development tools and version control systems; Git experience is required and Perforce is desirable.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- PHP application maintenance experience is desirable.
- Experience writing serverless functions with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions is a bonus.
