Base Salary

$150k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers, providing expert guidance on product deployment and optimization.
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to align product roadmaps with their priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics and usage data.
  • Minimal travel to visit customers on-site is expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on JavaScript experience, especially in debugging or building integrations.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.
  • Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) is preferred.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely using tools like Slack and Zoom.
