Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers, providing expert guidance on product deployment and optimization.
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
- Advocate for customer needs within the company to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to align product roadmaps with their priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics and usage data.
- Minimal travel to visit customers on-site is expected.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on JavaScript experience, especially in debugging or building integrations.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.
- Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) is preferred.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely using tools like Slack and Zoom.
