Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Define and evolve frontend architecture, including component structure, state management, routing, and reusable components.
- Build responsive user interfaces such as dashboards, maps, and reporting screens.
- Optimize application performance through change detection, lazy loading, and bundle-size improvements.
- Integrate web applications with REST APIs in collaboration with backend engineers.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
- Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in Angular upgrades, refactoring, and other modernization initiatives.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other approved AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate with Product, QA, Backend, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional frontend development experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design.
- Experience with RxJS, reactive programming, state management approaches such as NgRx, Signals, or service-based stores.
- Experience building scalable frontend applications and reusable component libraries.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and role-based access.
- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines, with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Good communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
