Responsibilities
- Identify and manage project deliverables.
- Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of annotation processes and prompts across AI use cases.
- Define and govern annotation schemas, taxonomies, and evaluation rubrics with the AI team.
- Review complex or high-risk AI outputs and provide authoritative quality judgments.
- Ensure annotation and evaluation results are consistent, accurate, and auditable.
- Define reusable prompt frameworks and evaluate prompt performance at scale.
- Establish quality benchmarks, calibration processes, and escalation protocols.
- Identify bias, hallucinations, and systemic risks in AI outputs and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, content reviewers, and product teams.
- Drive delivery and process improvements through continuous learning.
- Mentor and coach junior and intermediate annotators and prompt engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
- Experience or skills in automated testing, QA automation, quality assurance, quality management, quality consulting, and test process improvement.
- Knowledge of Appium, Cucumber, Cypress, firmware testing, iTKO LISA, Selenium, and Tricentis Tosca.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, risk management, client relations, collaboration tools, and people leadership.
- Relevant certifications include CSQA, CSTE, Hexawise Test Professional Certification, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Selenium Basics.
