Base Salary

$114k - $126k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
Administer, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions.
Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and platform customizations.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business partners, architects, security teams, and product owners.
Use approved AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, testing coverage, documentation, and code quality.
Follow architecture, security, governance, and change-management standards.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

5+ years of full stack software development experience in an enterprise environment.
2+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience.
Experience with SQL, .NET, React, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.
Understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
Experience with formal governance and architecture review processes.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks.
