Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models and integrate them with production environments.
- Build and enhance scalable data, training, and ETL pipelines for AI processing.
- Design and review AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Implement model monitoring and evaluation techniques to improve system performance.
- Develop production AI components including ML models, LLM-based services, inference services, and retrieval workflows.
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot AI models and data-processing pipelines in production or near-production environments.
- Apply enterprise standards for observability, safety, security, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or comparable experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python, data-processing technologies, NLP techniques, BERT, Transformer models, machine learning, and model evaluation.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI, Big Data, prompt engineering, and large language models such as GPT-3.5/4 or similar models.
- Experience using Python or R and deploying AI models and pipelines with machine learning operations tools.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, data pipelines, ETL processes, and production AI or LLM-enabled applications.
- Practical experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
- Moderate expertise in a specific technical domain.
