Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts and create integrations using web services and web-based technologies.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, improve development practices, and maintain high standards for security, data protection, and compliance.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client-side and server-side scripting, application UI configuration, and custom application development.
- Experience developing workflows in one or more of ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, and HRSD.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide Script, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Good English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification and other ServiceNow certifications or micro-certifications are optional or highly regarded.
