Responsibilities
- Operate independently during U.S. business hours and provide technical coverage for the product.
- Partner with the Product Owner to support and onboard new clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Contribute hands-on to the development, maintenance, and improvement of the product.
- Work directly with clients as a personable technical resource.
Requirements
- Senior-level full stack software development experience is sought.
- Technical proficiency and comfort working directly with clients are required.
- Experience with Kubernetes, PHP 8+, Symfony Framework, Vue, and microservice architecture is required or expected.
