Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate high-value AI opportunities aligned with business value and measurable outcomes.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve AI, automation, agent, and copilot solutions from concept through adoption.
- Translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
- Establish practical AI frameworks, standards, governance models, guardrails, and adoption programs.
- Enable and coach colleagues and teams to use AI effectively and responsibly.
- Balance innovation, risk, security, governance, and business impact when shaping AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Experience taking AI, automation, or technology initiatives from concept through adoption and ongoing improvement.
- Practical experience with large language models, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong ability to work with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in solution architecture, engineering, product management, technology consulting, business transformation, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform, is desirable.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts is desirable.
- Experience establishing AI frameworks, standards, governance models, adoption programs, or coaching teams is desirable.
