Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate high-value AI opportunities aligned with business value and measurable outcomes.
Design, implement, and continuously improve AI, automation, agent, and copilot solutions from concept through adoption.
Translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
Establish practical AI frameworks, standards, governance models, guardrails, and adoption programs.
Enable and coach colleagues and teams to use AI effectively and responsibly.
Balance innovation, risk, security, governance, and business impact when shaping AI initiatives.

Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
Experience taking AI, automation, or technology initiatives from concept through adoption and ongoing improvement.
Practical experience with large language models, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
Strong ability to work with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk, and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in solution architecture, engineering, product management, technology consulting, business transformation, or a related discipline is desirable.
Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments is desirable.
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform, is desirable.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts is desirable.
Experience establishing AI frameworks, standards, governance models, adoption programs, or coaching teams is desirable.
