Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex onboarding and implementation packages.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers make informed decisions.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations.
- Advise on data modeling strategies and create architecture diagrams.
- Guide customers on data ingestion automation and reporting.
- Create customer-facing learning guides and best-practice documentation.
- Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for various audiences.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services or Technical Consulting.
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs and ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems like CI/CD and observability.
- Comfortable working with JSON and YAML; Python and SQL are a plus.
