Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance AI features that help users discover, organize, and optimize access to large datasets.
- Prototype, test, validate with users, and iterate on LLM- and agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, and ship scalable and maintainable AI-powered product features.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools including Slack and alerting systems.
- Work with internal data teams for dogfooding and collaborate across teams to shape AI-driven product features.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve product functionality and development workflows.
- Own solutions from concept through delivery and align them with real user workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and applications powered by generative AI.
- A proven track record of delivering production software actively used by users.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Strong production software engineering skills and the ability to make UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to experiment rapidly, define scope in ambiguous situations, take ownership, and collaborate effectively.
