Responsibilities

Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
Develop complex frontend logic, UI components, and animations for the mobile application.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new features.
Identify and resolve technical debt while maintaining code quality.
Build internal tools to enhance team productivity.
Contribute to team processes through regular agile retrospectives.

At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app development experience.
Extensive experience with Dart and Flutter.
Strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code while maintaining codebase quality.
Design awareness and close collaboration skills with designers are preferred.
Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment is preferred.
Expertise in UI and animation development is preferred.
