Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on AI/ML networks for TPUs and GPUs.
- Program data-plane and control-plane software for networking applications supporting large-scale network infrastructure.
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Set technical direction and lead project teams when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with network architecture, Ethernet switching, software development, and network infrastructure.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: understanding of modern AI/ML infrastructure, ideally including network architecture.
