Responsibilities
- Help partners build robust, scalable solutions using Adyen products and software development expertise.
- Serve as the long-term technical contact for partner engineering and product teams, providing platform guidance and integration best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support, hands-on implementation assistance, and troubleshooting leadership.
- Understand partner and Adyen product roadmaps and provide strategic architectural recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to advocate for partner needs and influence Adyen’s roadmap.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
- At least 8 years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs or complex systems.
- Strong ability to learn technologies and understand complex systems, including APIs, databases, and SDKs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading technical discussions and engaging engineering leaders and product managers.
- Ability to build long-term technical relationships, manage stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and influence internal roadmaps.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to work in person three days per week in Amsterdam.
