Responsibilities
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and certification of partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partners.
- Support partner technical initiatives through demonstrations and workshops.
- Advocate for partner technical concerns with internal Datadog teams.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize new features.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
- Demonstrable track record and passion for learning.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and presentation skills.
- Current EU resident.
- Hands-on experience in observability, public cloud, containerization, Dev/Scripting, config management, or CI/CD tools.
