Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and support certification of partner technical resources
- Support partner technical initiatives such as customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams
- Advocate for partner technical concerns, use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase Datadog feature adoption and customer value
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
- Current residence in the European Union
- Experience in at least two relevant areas, including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD
- Strong presentation skills, technical aptitude, business acumen, and ability to articulate Datadog value to technical and executive audiences
- Partner channel, cloud monitoring, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging experience is preferred
