Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Connect Microsoft Viva solutions to customer business outcomes, priorities, and measurable value.
- Lead ROI discussions and advise customers on AI-enabled business transformation.
- Lead implementation and deployment of Viva Glint.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful system integration.
- Deliver one-to-one and one-to-many workshops supporting Viva Glint adoption and action planning.
- Learn new features and functionality across Viva applications and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Strong understanding of data governance and security practices for Viva applications and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
