Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and design software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering methods to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Contribute to research, development, and maintenance across the software development lifecycle.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
- Take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s software engineering activity.
- Develop long-term client partnerships and balance business, technical, and people objectives.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of people.
Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments and manage difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to exercise original thought and judgment and provide technical leadership.
- Understanding of commercial and negotiating principles in complex situations.
- Ability to support recruitment and professional development activities.
