Responsibilities

Implement front-end and services-layer features, components, integrations, and defect fixes.
Build and configure Drupal CMS content types, forms, views, custom modules, and themes.
Develop and consume APIs with request/response handling, validation, and error paths.
Write and maintain unit, integration, automated UI, and API tests, including Cypress where assigned.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD execution, build troubleshooting, deployment verification, quality gates, and release evidence.
Remediate accessibility and security findings and implement Section 508, responsive compatibility, audit logging, and data-validation requirements.
Document technical work, contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with estimates and status updates.

At least 3 years of professional software development experience on web applications.
Hands-on Drupal development, including site building and custom module or theme work, or equivalent CMS depth with willingness to specialize.
Experience with PHP and/or C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL fundamentals, relational data modeling, and REST API development and integration.
Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum teams, WCAG 2.1 AA accessible development, and AI-assisted development tooling.
Working experience with automated JavaScript/TypeScript testing using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or an equivalent tool; willingness to contribute automation is required.
Exposure to Drupal and MySQL on containers, GitLab CI/CD, and federal accessibility and security practices.
Preferred experience with the Drupal Webform module, AWS or container/Kubernetes environments, and government or regulated-industry projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience or a bootcamp with a demonstrable portfolio may be considered.
