Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions, scripts, integrations, dashboards, and automation capabilities for V&V planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Define and implement L2, L3, and L4 testing processes, including dependencies, handoffs, and alignment with development and release processes.
- Establish toolchain usage guidelines, test tool configuration standards, and process documentation.
- Build and maintain integrations among Jira, Jama, TestRail, BI platforms, and internal systems using REST APIs, SQL, Python, and related technologies.
- Automate test data management, compliance checks, reporting, traceability, release readiness, and KPI-tracking workflows.
- Standardize test data structures, fields, naming conventions, tags, and reporting expectations across tools.
- Develop live dashboards, visualizations, and reports for V&V status, progress, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Create automated test data migration utilities, legacy data cleanup scripts, and data compliance checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing software solutions with Python.
- 5+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for extraction, transformation, reporting, or analytics.
- 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs and building software-tool, platform, or enterprise-system integrations.
- 2+ years of experience with BI, analytics, or dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Atlassian Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or Grafana.
- 2+ years of using assistive AI tools for software development, debugging, documentation, analysis, and productivity.
- Preferred experience with Jira configuration and automation, custom fields, workflows, dashboards, filters, JQL, and integration patterns.
- Preferred experience with Jama, TestRail, requirements management, test management, data pipelines, reporting automation, or engineering lifecycle integrations.
- Preferred experience with test strategy, verification and validation, software release processes, test traceability, requirements-to-test mapping, DVP&R, or compliance reporting.
- Preferred experience developing reusable Python libraries, command-line tools, backend services, scheduled automation jobs, source-control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality checks, or deployment automation.
- Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Base salary range is $115,000-$192,900.
