Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution across distributed cloud environments.
- Build interfaces between AI agents and human stakeholders to provide feedback loops and operational transparency.
- Develop agentic solutions for real-time observability, predictive optimization, and automated capacity planning for complex compute infrastructure.
- Contribute to the agentic substrate and tooling that enables secure data access, code execution, and interaction with firmwide APIs.
- Partner with business units to identify agent use cases and translate ambiguous business needs into technical workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ and deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Direct experience deploying LLM-based agents in production environments.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGPT, or custom-built orchestration layers.
- Proven experience applying agentic patterns to at least two areas including data analysis, observability, optimization, or planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a 0-to-1 environment, handle ambiguity, and build novel systems.
- Preferred: experience with Digital Twin technology and real-time telemetry.
- Preferred: knowledge of multi-agent reinforcement learning or swarm intelligence principles.
- Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol and other agent-to-tool communication standards.
- Strong communication skills for connecting technical agentic logic with human-centric business processes.
