Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end agentic architectures, orchestration patterns, reusable reference designs, and multi-agent workflow components.
- Translate business problems into AI solutions and lead discovery, scoping, proof-of-concept, pilot, and scale-out phases.
- Design RAG data contracts and retrieval patterns, including chunking, indexing, hybrid search, citations, freshness, and hallucination guardrails.
- Define integration strategies for enterprise systems, event streams, APIs, gateways, CI/CD, SDLC, and release governance.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, telemetry, failure-mode mitigations, and responsible AI safety policies.
- Guide developer squads and contribute to internal playbooks, training tracks, coding standards, and AI hiring interviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, production-grade RAG, LLMOps/ModelOps, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java; familiarity with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and shell scripting is beneficial.
- Experience with agent frameworks or custom orchestration, retrieval evaluation, reranking, freshness pipelines, prompt versioning, evaluation harnesses, feature flags, canarying, A/B testing, safety gateways, secrets management, policy as code, and AI cost governance.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with business and engineering stakeholders.
