Responsibilities

Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of machine learning engineers.
Design and implement scalable integrations with popular ML frameworks like PyTorch.
Analyze ML model characteristics for informed design decisions.
Optimize software for high throughput and low latency during inference.
Stay updated with advancements in machine learning and apply state-of-the-art techniques.
Evaluate trade-offs between different approaches and develop proposals for new features.
Build and maintain robust automated test suites for software quality.
Contribute to an agile team environment by delivering high-quality software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into products.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in large-scale software engineering focused on deep learning.
Proficiency in Python for building scalable systems.
Advanced proficiency in C++, emphasizing multi-threaded programming and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Solid understanding of software architectural patterns for high-performance applications.
Proven experience leading and mentoring software or machine learning engineers.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills balancing technical depth with practical constraints.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for collaborative work.
