Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee platform configuration, integrations, and software release processes.
- Establish and enforce standards supporting system stability, performance, and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve solution quality and efficiency.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and drive solution improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques in packaged or SaaS environments is required.
- Experience managing software release cycles and quality standards is required.
- Ability to establish platform standards supporting stability and performance is required.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and resolve complex technical challenges is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
