Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, deploy, maintain, enhance, train, and provide governance support for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
- Support security, enterprise architecture, enterprise systems, service-oriented architecture, and interoperability.
- Deploy applications in cloud environments and develop flexible, scalable, and highly available systems.
- Implement business requirements and user stories as part of an Agile development team.
- Design and support DevSecOps environments, including repositories, continuous integration and delivery, and error tracking.
- Produce and groom Agile product backlogs, gather and analyze requirements, and interact with Product Owners.
- Demonstrate solutions and communicate directly with customers.
- Facilitate developer training and support automated configuration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least five years of experience creating mid-to-enterprise-level software systems.
- At least three years of experience designing, documenting, and developing web-based and standalone applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Advanced skills with Dynamics/Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps, and Power Automate.
- Intermediate skills with Dataverse/CDS custom plugins, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, PCF Components, and CSS.
- Experience designing and implementing web services and integrating Dynamics solutions with Office 365 and Azure.
- Experience with PowerShell DSC and automated configuration, installation, administration, coding, and developer training.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting a DevSecOps environment.
- Experience producing and grooming Agile product backlogs, requirements gathering, analysis, and customer-facing communication.
- Active Secret clearance or higher, verifiable in JPAS.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage is desirable.
