Responsibilities
- Lead automation, cloud, hybrid, and DevSecOps platforms for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Apply SRE and DevOps practices to improve availability, incident response, and operational excellence.
- Manage AWS and VMware platforms, including compute, networking, and hybrid integrations.
- Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
- Collaborate with cloud, network, security, and application teams on DevSecOps, governance, and automation standards.
- Operate storage, backup, recovery, data protection, migration, and disaster recovery capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in automation, cloud, hybrid infrastructure, or DevSecOps.
- Experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering in hybrid environments.
- Strong experience deploying and managing Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with Ansible automation and configuration management.
- Experience with AWS services including IAM, VPC, and EC2.
- Experience with VMware products including VCF, NSX, and VMware Aria.
- Exposure to SNMP, firewalls, KVM, and switching technologies.
- High proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience or strong familiarity with CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform.
- Experience with CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Artifactory, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with distributed version control systems including GitHub and GitLab.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
