Responsibilities

Build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for a trading platform.
Develop systems for order issuance, validation, routing, execution, options pricing, and reconciliation.
Solve complex scalability, high-performance, low-latency, and fault-tolerance challenges.
Participate in code reviews and testing to maintain software quality.
Deliver large technical projects while collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

At least 3 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Go or Python.
Solid understanding of system design principles.
Experience with Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
Experience working in capital or trading markets.
B2+ English proficiency for communication with multicultural teams and US customers.
Strong focus on code quality and thorough code review processes.
Preferred: familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, AWS or similar cloud platforms, high-load systems, concurrent programming, and thread synchronization approaches.
