Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and system experts to translate business needs into SAP technical specifications.
- Design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain SAP Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and related solutions.
- Develop RICEFW objects and enhancements to standard SAP processes.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and support IDOC, SFTP, and WebService integrations.
- Design SAP ECC functionality with transferability to SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze and resolve complex SAP technical, functional, and performance issues.
- Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities.
- Support transports and movement of functionality with change and configuration management teams.
- Document development activities, solutions, and configurations.
- Provide ongoing enhancement support to end users.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and share development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECC development and implementation experience, or a high school diploma and 12+ years of experience.
- Expertise in SAP Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping/TMS, and Logistics.
- Strong experience developing RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and supporting IDOC, SFTP, and WebService integrations.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-tenant environments and both on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across development, operations, and cloud teams.
- Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus.
- Experience supporting DoD and federal logistics organizations such as DLA or DCMA is highly desired.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
