Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate.
  • Configure CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and related application customizations.
  • Design and implement product enhancements, add-on modules, scalable CRM applications, and full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Manage data activities using Dataverse and SQL Server, including migration and data management.
  • Support integrations using APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance optimization, and automated test-script contributions.
  • Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, QA teams, customers, developers, and service delivery teams.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, provide customer support and training, and resolve Dynamics 365 CE problems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, code reviews, best-practice guidance, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Contribute to requirement analysis, fit/gap workshops, effort estimation, development planning, Agile/Scrum delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in the Microsoft stack, including at least 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.
  • Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations across design, development, customization, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Experience with plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL Server, CRM data management, APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, user management, compliance standards, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, unit testing, automated test scripts, documentation, and peer reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications include PL-400, MB-210, MB-230, and MB-910.
